hosting setup assistance, and technical support. Because these services involve time, planning, and custom
work, refunds are handled according to the stage of work completed.
2. Cancellation Before Work Starts
If a customer cancels before work has started, the amount paid may be refunded after deducting payment
gateway charges, administrative costs, and any non-refundable third-party charges already paid on behalf of
the customer.
3. Cancellation After Work Starts
If work has already started, fees for completed work, consultation, planning, design, development,
communication, and third-party purchases are non-refundable. Any eligible balance, if applicable, will be
calculated after reviewing the work completed against the agreed project scope.
4. Completed Services
Payments for completed and delivered services are non-refundable. This includes delivered website files,
completed fixes, completed consultations, completed setup work, maintenance work already performed, and any
approved milestone.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Domain registration, hosting, paid plugins, paid themes, third-party software, API credits, advertising
spend, payment gateway charges, and other third-party costs are non-refundable once purchased or consumed.
6. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days from the date of approval. The actual credit
timeline may depend on the customer's bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment gateway.
