The final scope, timeline, deliverables, and charges are confirmed through written communication before work begins.
3. Payments
Payments may be collected in advance, milestone-wise, or after completion depending on the agreed scope. A payment confirms that the customer has reviewed and accepted the quoted service details. Taxes, third-party tool fees, domain charges, hosting charges, premium themes, paid plugins, and advertising budgets may be billed separately when applicable.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate project requirements, content, images, account access, approvals, and feedback within reasonable timelines. Delays in providing required material or approvals may affect the delivery timeline.
5. Revisions and Approvals
Reasonable revisions are included only as agreed in the project scope. Changes requested after approval, major scope changes, or new feature requests may require additional charges and revised timelines.
6. Third-Party Services
Some projects may use third-party services such as domain registrars, hosting companies, payment gateways, analytics tools, email services, plugins, themes, or APIs. Their terms, pricing, uptime, support, and performance are controlled by those third-party providers.

After full payment is received, the customer receives ownership of the final website files and custom deliverables created specifically for the project, except pre-existing tools, reusable code, open-source libraries, licensed assets, and third-party materials.
8. Limitation of Liability
We work carefully to provide reliable services, but we are not liable for indirect losses, business loss, ranking fluctuations, third-party outages, data loss caused by external platforms, or issues caused by changes made by the customer or other vendors after delivery.
