Deliverables may be provided through live website deployment, email, cloud file links, source code transfer, CMS/admin access, hosting account access, reports, documents, or other mutually agreed digital methods.
Delivery timelines depend on the agreed service scope. Small fixes may be delivered within 1 to 3 business days, while website design, development, SEO, or maintenance projects may take longer based on complexity, customer approvals, content availability, and third-party platform response times.
Timely delivery requires the customer to provide required content, brand assets, login access, approvals, payment confirmations, and feedback. Delays in customer inputs may extend the delivery timeline.
A service is considered delivered when the agreed digital deliverable is sent, deployed, fixed, configured, reported, or made available to the customer for review or use.
